What is a fulfilment house?

A fulfilment house, such as ourselves at JEM Marketing & Fulfilment Services Ltd, provide a third party service to handle the product side of your business for you. We will receive the goods either from yourselves or your supplier, store them, then package and dispatch them when an order is placed. We can also provide the services to process payment, build and host your website, as well as providing you with your own telephone line which our customer service department will answer with your own salutation.

Why use a fulfilment house?

Whether you are just setting up or have more orders than you can count, we can help take some of the pressure off. Managing a business, whatever the size, is time consuming. You will need to manage and store your stock (as well as the endless packaging), take and record orders, and pick, pack and dispatch those orders five days a week. What is pick, pack & despatch?

Everything that happens between the products arriving in our warehouse and your customer opening their door to receive them. When an order is processed our team will pick the item(s) from the shelf, wrap and package the order according to your instructions, then despatch it via Royal Mail or book a courier service. This can be seen right through to the very end, with any chasing of deliveries or receiving and processing of returns dealt with by us.
