“Order” means any order/competition entry by a customer for products/prizes;

“Products” means all goods promoted for sale by the client via the service;

“Service” means the receipt, handling and despatch of products or product despatch data, the processing, handling and fulfilment of orders, the processing and handling of product returns and customer payments;

Your personal information will be provided by our clients and held by JEM Marketing & Fulfilment Services Ltd for the purpose of order fulfilment.

How the law protects you

Your privacy is protected by law. This section explains our reasons for holding personal data:

  • To fulfil our duties on behalf of our clients, including despatch of orders/products and on some occasions banking of customer funds
  • Despatch orders to you or a requested 3rd party name and address

What personal information we hold

Our intention is to only receive relevant data from our clients or direct. This data includes your name and address to despatch orders. In some cases we will also hold payment details to complete the payment transaction.

Competition entries may also require a date of birth or age to enter. By providing the information on the entry, you consent to us holding this information about you, family or friend.

We may share your personal information with the original source such as the website, advert or competition you responded to:

We may share your personal information with third party suppliers to fulfil your order products, direct from the manufacturer
