This data is also available to you from anywhere at any time by logging into our online client portal. The online client portal can also be customised to suit your business needs.
Our system is modular, with each sales channel integrated by way of a plug-in. We have plug-ins for all the most popular eCommerce platforms. This allows us to quickly and easily integrate with your existing website. In most cases our plug in connects to your website by utilising the ‘Application Programming Interface’ (API) which is built into most modern ecommerce platforms.
In some cases, where there is no API available, we have created a plug-in for the said eCommerce platform so we can achieve the same level of integration. The process is usually as simple as being provided with a login for your site and/or API. We can then set-up your products in our system and start to process your orders within minutes.

Our IT infrastructure uses enterprise level servers, firewall, anti-virus and backup solutions ensuring your data always remains safe. We are tightly integrated with our carrier services, so your orders are booked into our carrier services automatically in order to ensure data integrity and security. Most good eCommerce platforms allow granular security levels. With this, you can rest assured that we only have access to the data that we require in order to fulfil your orders. Our system only needs access to be able to read order and product details as well as change order status, uploading shipment tracking information and change stock levels, where required.
Our warehouse systems are designed to utilise product barcodes, and this allows us to ensure accuracy of stock and order fulfilment data. However, our system’s flexibility means that this is not essential. Therefore, if product barcodes are not an option for you then we are still able to fulfil your orders with the same level of service and data availability.
