Warehouse Assistant

Ingrid came to JEM in March 2020 after working in the customer service industry for over 10 years.

Her first job in a warehouse, Ingrid quickly settled in and found plenty to love about her new role. “I like that every day here is different. Having just started, I am learning new things every day which is exciting.”

On a typical day, Ingrid can be found picking and packing products ready for delivery and preparing kits (a service we provide so companies can send tailored versions of their product out to their customers).

Before she was working hard with the JEM family, Ingrid also studied psychology and worked for a mental health charity for 3 years.
