Client Account Executive

Recently starting her JEM journey in 2018, Lilly was quickly promoted.

Before working for JEM, Lilly worked at a garden centre on the checkout, greeting and serving customers. “I loved interacting and giving the customers the best service,” says Lilly.

Lilly joined JEM as a warehouse operative. “I worked in the warehouse at JEM for a year and then I was promoted to Account Manager. I’m in the training process and learning about customer services,” says Lilly.

“My role involves managing a few accounts. I work on processing, outbound delivery bookings and updating the systems. I also take customer service calls and orders over the phone.”

Lilly has found workplace happiness at JEM. “I am currently the youngest worker at JEM. JEM is like a big family, great at pulling together when the pressure is on and great support.”
