Arron Lyford

Arron joined the JEM team in 2022 a a Warehouse Assembly Operative.

Having come from a local supermarket, he has been using his knowledge of stock management and control to organise the assembly packing rooms. Ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.

Arron has said his favourite thing about starting work at JEM has been getting to know his colleagues and being made to feel welcome. He has enjoyed learning the variety of assembly jobs for each client and relishes new challenges.

Outside of work Arron enjoys cycling taking every opportunity to cycle to and from work. In addition to this he is a budding mechanic enjoying taking apart and fixing cars.
